SALES AND MARKETING ASSISSTANT - Full Time

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant at the Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage members, and promote our wide range of facilities. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will assist in executing campaigns that highlight our championship golf course, luxury spa, fitness centre, dining options, and event-hosting services. This role is perfect for a marketer who is creative, organised, and passionate about marketing, social media, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for club memberships, events, dining, and wellness services.
Email Marketing: Supports the creation and distribution of email campaigns, segmenting audiences, personalising content, and tracking performance.
Social Media Management: Maintain a strong social media presence by posting regularly, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.
Event Promotion: Coordinate marketing efforts for club events, including themed nights, tournaments, and special holiday events.
Market Research: Gather insights on member preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategy and improve campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and create reports that measure reach, engagement, and conversions for improvements.
Member Engagement: Support initiatives that foster member loyalty and participation in club activities.
Outreach Abilities: Comfortable with both online and in-person outreach, building connections to promote events and club offerings.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, content management, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Sales : Assist sales and marketing manager with memberships, group enquiries and new customer sales activities

SELF- EMPLOYED FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (HIIT, AQUA AEROBICS, LBT, CIRCUIT, CLASSES)

About the Role: Are you a passionate and motivated fitness instructor looking to work on your own terms while earning a competitive hourly rate? We are seeking skilled self-employed fitness instructors to lead engaging and energetic fitness classes, including HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Aqua Fitness, and LBT (Legs, Bums, and Tums).

Requirements:

· Certified fitness instructor qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor or equivalent).

· Specialization or experience in HIIT, Aqua, and LBT classes.

· Valid insurance for self-employed instructors.

· A current first aid certificate is preferred.

· A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional approach.

· Flexibility to work across various locations and times.
